Intermediate Yoga Series; next series starts 1/10/17
INTERMEDIATE YOGA SERIES
Intermediate Yoga is a series of 62 postures done in moderate heat and humidity, to help deepen ones practice, not only physically, but mentally, and emotionally. It will help promote strength, overtime increase flexibility, and builds up ones stamina. With a 2 hour class, we move gradually into deeper postures, while working on correct alignment with ones own natural range of motion, enhancing and promoting mind/body connections.
8-Sessions Pass: $150
Class Dates: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/21, 2/28, 3/7
Class Time: Tuesdays 1:45 – 3:45
Requirements to be able to attend the Advanced Yoga Series…
Strong foundation of Standing Head to Knee & Standing Bow
Healthy knees, hips & spine
Management Approval required
