Intermediate Hot Yoga: Fridays 12:30 pm
Intermediate Hot Yoga is a challenging, fun, and playful heated 90 minute class that builds on the traditional “26 hatha yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises” foundational practice and adds in additional postures. The class moves quickly through flowing sequences and covers 40+ postures (including the familiar 26 & 2), including arm balances, as well as additional flexibility and strength-building postures. This class is recommended for students with a regular 26/2 practice who are curious about deepening their practice.
